Group Classes

At R1F we have an incredible community and we firmly believe in the many benefits of training as a group. Throughout the week we run a number of core classes and do ad-hoc events too.

  • HYROX Workshops

    Get a taste of HYROX and join the #HYSOCIETY in our workshop which incorporates all the classic hyrox exercises from wall-balls to sled-pushing!

  • Women’s Weekend Workout

    For our female clients, our Saturday morning workout is the perfect way to start your weekend. Our coaches will guide you through a variety of exercises that focus on strength, endurance, and flexibility and you'll leave feeling strong, confident, and ready to conquer your week ahead.

  • Midweek Group Classes

    Get a quick mid-week fitness blast with these full-body conditioning workouts guaranteed to get you working up a sweat!

    - Manic Mondays: 6:30 - 7:15 AM
    - Tuesday Sweat: 17:30 - 18:15 PM
    - Thursday Sweat: 17:30 - 18:15 PM
    - Fire up Fridays: 6:30 - 7:15 AM

  • Postnatal Group Sessions

    Get stronger after welcoming your little bundle of joy with other mums in a safe environment. Babies welcome under your own responsibility. Contact us before booking.
