For six weeks starting in May we will attempt to make a big impact on how our bodies look and perform. From May 8th until June 19th we will take you through a Nutrition Focus Challenge.

What is it?
A challenge focused on nutrition to help you lose as much body fat as possible in 6 weeks whilst also improving performance.
What kind of results can I expect?
We've both had members of previous nutrition groups lose 2-6kg. It's hard to say but you will see noticeable results, that's for sure. You may even get your first pull up if excess weight was holding you back. And of course look better for summer whilst gaining confidence in your body.
Who is it for?
Do you find nutrition confusing? Not sure what good quality sources of food are? Wonder how to put these into a tasty meal? Maybe you're lacking consistency and motivation? Simply you’re just not having the fat loss results you want?
Then this is for you!
Why should you do it?
This challenge will give you a greater understanding of nutrition not only during but after the 6 weeks. You'll have the added accountability from us and fellow members to keep you on track. Each week we will post multiple instructional videos up on a private facebook group to drip feed you all the information you need and set you up tasks along the way. Plus lots of sh*t banter from us two!
For this challenge you’ll need 100% commitment to the 6 week challenge. This means also training 3-5 times a week, for those who really can’t make it that many times we will give you a cardiovascular program to run alongside. We also need you to come into this with an open mind and really want to learn.

How do I sign up?
It all kicks off on the 8th of May. We are capping this to 10 people from inside the box only. All you need to do is follow the link below to secure your spot for £45. Once signed up you will receive your intro pack and first shopping list a few days early so you're ready to go on the 8th!
