Come train at our bespoke fitted 1,500-square-foot gym in Crawley. Nestled in Manor Royal we have plenty of space for all sorts of training plus an atmosphere of camaraderie our members love so much. 

How to "get fit" and what that means? Here's our veiw on what you should do to be become truly FIT.

Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, squat, presses, Clean & Jerk, and snatch. Master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups and holds. Also, bike, run, swim, row. At least 3 times per week train these elements. Keep active and play outside the gym too!

Most fitness programs will develop one or two aspects of fitness. With our program you will develop them all. This is what it means to be fit. To have Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Power & Coordination.

All this transfers over to living a healthy active lifestyle, no matter what's thrown at you or the sport you choose to play.
